RRB ALP Recruitment 2025 Notification Released for 9970 Posts

RRB ALP Recruitment 2025: The Government of India, Ministry of Railways is inviting online applications for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) to recruit 9970 vacancies in various disciplines. The starting date for the submission of online applications is 12 April 2025. Candidates must ensure that they fullfill the educational and technical qualifications for the post on or before the closing date for submitting application. Candidates must be between the age group of 18 to 30 years with the educational qualification of 10th pass. After the submission of online applications, and paid the requisite fee successfully, if a candidate wants to further modify, change or correct any details, he/ she may do it by paying a modification fee of Rs. 250/- (non refundable). RRB ALP 2025 Education Qualification:–

Candidates must fulfill any one of the following educational qualifications:

1. Matriculation / SSLC along with ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in relevant trades such as:
   Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic, Mechanic (Radio & TV), Electronics Mechanic, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Wireman, Tractor Mechanic, Armature & Coil Winder, Mechanic (Diesel), Heat Engine, Turner, Machinist, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Mechanic. OR
2. Matriculation / SSLC along with Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in any of the above-mentioned trades. OR
3. Matriculation / SSLC along with three years Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering, or a combination of various streams of these disciplines from a recognized institution in lieu of ITI.

• For SC/ST/Female Candidates: ₹250/-

Note: Candidates who appear in the CBT-1 exam will receive a refund of their examination fee.

• For General/OBC/EWS Candidates, ₹400/- will be refunded.
• For SC/ST/Female/Ex-Servicemen Candidates, the full amount of ₹250/- will be refunded.
